The Smart Non-Stop Payment System enables automatic payment without stopping and cashless redemption. By settling transactions through bank networks, the system digitizes currency, leading to intelligent fee management. It addresses issues such as traffic congestion, resource wastage, and air pollution caused by parking fee payments.

System Operation Principle: Each rifd tag is affixed to the windshield of a vehicle, encoding the vehicle's identification information and calibrating the tag to align with the system. When a tagged vehicle enters the reading area, the reader emits radio frequency signals. The tag adjusts a portion of the received signal and reflects it back to the reader, containing the object's identification code. After preprocessing and amplification, the reader decodes the identification code from the signal, verifies it against user-defined standards, and adds useful information such as time and date to the code. The code is then stored in a memory buffer and transmitted to the main computer or other data recording devices.

 

The central computer fee system manages financial transactions and service exchanges, similar to how banks oversee Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions. Users purchase or lease electronic tags akin to using an ATM card for vehicles. By establishing a fee system account, users join the central computer fee network.
